Problem:

Studio space being closed there has been a drop in membership, attendance, and virtual classes.

Proposed solutions:

Strategic products and marketing changes are what need to be implemented.

  • Use community building as a form of marketing and & BD
  • Optimize and expand the product offering
  • Re-launch in-person classes with a bigger community
  • Continue to offer high-quality virtual classes to supplement live classes

This solution is scalable, measurable, and feasible for Yoga Wave to continue being in business.
