Wizard Burger

Wizard Burger is a vegan restaurant located in downtown Albany. Wizard Burger has identified that they do not currently have a strong employee training and development program in place. In order to expand its business mission, it’s fundamental for Wizard Burger to create and implement an employee training and development program to assist in the ongoing development of employee skills and knowledge.

Our proposed solution is to implement an employee training and development program. Implementation of an Employee Training and Development program will provide a more formalized business structure, resulting in enhanced employee knowledge and skills.
