Winnie’s Wellness Apothecary is based out of Philadelphia, PA and sells CBD products to help mothers navigate their postpartum journey.

Problem: The company needs an executable strategy to launch, scale, and ultimately establish a successful digital business.

– Expand target customer profile in order to increase potential sales.
– Roadmap for 12-month success:
Phase 1 – Leverage personal networks and connections to begin making sales and to validate value proposition and target customer.
Phase 2 – Use social media to expand customer base and fuel revenue growth by educating potential customers and building brand
Phase 3 – Invest in automation tools to create sustainable business operations than can support growth of customer base
