What opportunities exist to create a recurring, passive revenue stream for Virago Gallery?
Owner experienced revenue and credit challenges following a move to a larger space. She has already brought in 2 tenants but is looking for other ways to maximize her space and make her business more self-sufficient, acknowledging that in-person events are off the table & foot traffic will likely not improve for West Seattle as long as the bridge is out.
