The Novel Neighbor

The Novel Neighbor is a small bookstore with an event space located in Webster Groves, in the Suburbs of St Louis. Their problem is that their event space rental, which was a major source of revenue, has stagnated as large events at 3rd-party venues are no longer an option and in-house event space goes unused most weekdays.

Our solution is to make events a focus starting in Fall 2021 with additional partnership with Senior Living organizations such as Sunrise Webster Groves to utilize the event space that currently sits empty during the weekdays. Additionally new online reservation system will allow for easier booking.
