Problem:

Consulting engineer offers a broad scope of services, but doesn’t have a marketing plan in place and is losing traction with unsteady work from word of mouth due to the pandemic.

Proposed solutions: 

The team saw 3 key areas of improvement:

  • Focus and narrows the services offered to one key area for the Food & Bev industry and sustainability
  • Optimize and personalize the website and begging to use professional marketing platforms
  • Prioritize forming relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners

By becoming a specialist instead of a generalist, he can grow in a focused way and capitalize on the right marketing efforts and relationships.
