Professional organization & inventory management service Seratim needs to improve how they describe the value of their services to acquire clients outside of referrals, and to develop a process to evaluate new clients to better allocate resources.

Proposed solutions: 

The team recommends the following:

  • Focusing on second homes and unoccupied office during COVID to generate revenue
  • Clarifying the value by tracking and sharing customer satisfaction for new lead gen
  • Developing a rating system to measure social impact and profitability of clients to reduce future risk
