Problem: How does a 100+ year old business stay relevant?
Robinson’s needs to refresh, rebrand and reimagine their business.
Starting with managing inventory, Robinson’s should implement an inventory management system allowing them to better identify their customer and their product performance.
Next, they should rebrand their image from an aging retailer to a more modern home goods store.
Finally, they can reimagine their store in the future, identifying future verticals to explore including crafts, local business, and renting retail space.
