Rhapsody relies on cafes and office meals, neither of which are currently operational.

Proposed solutions:

The team focused its solutions on the benefits and costs the company may incur.

  • Focus on developing Rhapsody’s target health and wellness community
  • Change their business model to focus more on the e-commerce platform and product differentiation
  • Generate engagement through social media and traditional media to create awareness of the brand

Rhapsody could see an increase in customers, revenue, and engagement by implementing this plan.
