Demand for high-end catering plummeted as corporate workplaces are closed and social/wedding events have bee canceled.

Proposed solutions:

Develop a marketing strategy that includes:

  • Expand current offerings to meet current needs of Brooklyn customers
  • Provide new offerings to retain the RedTable brand and increase differentiation
  • Building out a better online ordering platform

This plan will increase awareness of the catering business in the future.
