Consumers fear having a professional cleaning service come into their home during a pandemic, resulting in a 90% drop in customers and revenue.

Proposed solutions: 

Solve the anxiety brought on by Covid-19, educate their customers and provide alternative cleaning solutions for families stuck at home.

  • Offer a new COVID cleaning package, including a premium for hazmat suits to prevent contamination
  • Offer exterior additional services to boost revenue, such as window cleaning, duct cleaning, and power washing
  • Develop alternative revenue by selling eco-friendly cleaning products at 10% below market rate to customers and still net a 40% profit 

By educating customers on the value of eco-friendly clean homes during shelter in place with new marketing and diversifying their offerings, they can broaden their customer base and emerge strongly within a year.
