Dartmouth College - Tuck School of Business

Positive Tracks is a non-profit aggregator who brings together people who want to sweat, people who want to rally for a cause, and beneficiaries. The company engages the youth in bringing about social change.

They are growing and are eager to increase their social media engagement and increase revenue streams.

We have proposed several solutions for these problems:

  • Increase brand equity:
    • Use targeted social media campaigns
    • Giveaways on social media, sell merchandise
    • Engage Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok influencers
    • Engage influencers of colour to increase diversity
  • Increase revenue streams:
    • Engage with corporations by incentivizing them with an accredited program for fitness that will reduce health insurance costs
    • Enable exchange of information – corporates get to use Positive Track’s connect with youth for product testing, brainstorming for a new product, or a new marketing campaign
