  • Leverage their technology to create a better website and provide discounts for upfront buying
  • Update their shipping contracts and become an online retailer with personalized packaging to their customers
  • Increase engagement with current customers by offering a monthly subscription

Increase customer engagement, widen reach, stabilize cash flow, and increase sustainable cash is what this strategy will do.
