The business we worked with is transitioning from one on one client consulting in the non-profit space, to a curriculum / class format. They are also thinking through how to get subscriber base for online content as a residual revenue stream.
Our job was to help them think through additional client acquisition strategies for their first cohort launching this summer, as well as think through the strategy and product associated with the subscription model.
