By partnering with companies, Operation-Adulting gains access to panelists, mentors and opportunities for corporate shadowing events. These events, coordinated with the companies’ established networks, will build O-A’s credibility and increase awareness of the program. Increased awareness will generate more interest and grow enrollment.
