Lack of online courses and loss of client base has left this law school with a decrease in their sales.

Proposed solutions:

The team believes moving to a more virtual and flexible schedule, the law school will see a spike in revenue.

  • Offer certifications outside of just law practices for students not wanting to practice law as a career.
  • Shift their in-person classes to online classes and make the schedules for more flexible
  • Partner with local tech companies to offer legal training to expand the customer base
