Proposed solutions:

Revise their business model to a scalable business model that would benefit them in the future.

  • Creating content and preset filters to sell to its current customers
  • Reconstructing their two websites Lightroom Guy and Lightroom NYC into one, since they already own both
  • Increasing brand awareness on social media platforms like Instagram
  • Network with other photographers and posting tutorials of their work

Lightroom Guy has a plan that will set them up for the present and keep them going into the future.
