Revenue dropped 40% since closing the physical gym location due to Covid-19 measures
Proposed solutions:
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate leads for a newly launched online platform
- In the next 90 days, roll out a social media marketing plan to generate leads initially in their locale and nearby, and then expanding to the US
- Over the long term, gradually shift to a scalable online transformation program model and away from one on one or traditional group online classes
- Leverage their expertise in kinesiology to differentiate among other online programs
The plan allows for 300 new online clients in the next 90 days, and over the next 2 years a shift to 60% of their revenue coming from online programming.
