Proposed solutions:

Expand to commercial businesses and to cleaning product sales.

  • Offer EPA- certified COVID-proofing to local office spaces and apartment listings
  • Target small businesses opening back up for cleaning services
  • Secure cleaning contracts with these businesses to produce consistent revenue
  • Create cleaning supply subscription boxes to sale to households

The advantages of this plan are that it would solve the low customer problem, they can continue with the plan even after COVID is gone, obtain recurring contracts.
