Spring 2021

University at Albany, SUNY- School of Business

Our group is working with K-9 Life LLC, a dog training service out of Charlottesville, Virginia. Our client’s primary problem is unorganized bookkeeping.

We recommend hiring a graduate student intern to help manage efficient bookkeeping, as well as the intern handling emails, coming up with frequently asked questions for customers, and keeping the website up to date. With these solutions implemented, our client will have more hours of availability to work with customers resulting in higher profits. In addition, our client will now have an intern working for her for around $18/hour for five hours a week, with an estimated two to three weeks to hire and situate the intern.
