Short-term recommendation:
-Hire a marketing intern – A marketing intern will free up Jessy’s time at a low cost.
-Adjust menu – Incorporating the wholesale ideas into counter operations will increase revenue by approximately 10% annually.

Long-term recommendation:
-Increase wholesale business – Sign wholesale contracts with purchasers. Increase wholesale prices by 10%, then offer a 10% commission to any employee who brings in a wholesale client. In addition to bringing in more wholesale business, this idea could also solve the employee shortage problems, as the potential for earnings sets this minimum wage job apart from others in the area.
