Problem:

Cricket broadcasting and media company ICN360 is struggling to grow platform users and revenue, especially with the cancellation of live matches.

Proposed solutions:

The team proposed

  • Short term while COVID is still preventing live match play, focus on website platform development and consolidating the user base from 4 social channels.
  • Once matches resume, tap into school and university cricket leagues

The strategy is to build credibility first, and then grow subscribers and begin to monetize the digital inventory within 12-18 months.
