Spring 2021

UC Berkeley - Haas School of Business

Girls Chronically Rock based in Cambridge, MA offers inspired fashion merchandise that celebrates muscular dystrophy and other chronic illnesses. Client endeavors to increase muscular dystrophy awareness via speaking engagements and has an adaptive clothing line in development.

Problem: Inconsistent revenue stream, confusing website and inadequate exposure.

Proposed solutions: 1. Diversify client’s sources of income by promoting client as a speaker and fashion adaptability expert/ consultant. This will add to her stream of revenue and will also lead to increased sales post engagements. 2. Redesign her website and strengthen social media presence to increase brand awareness. 3. Identify her USP. Refocus her energy on the core purpose of her business, adaptive clothing, and tap into adaptive market.
