Fusion Dolls

Fusion Dolls is a specialty doll retailer in Brockton, Massachusetts focused on Black, biracial, and multicultural dolls. Intended for girls 3-11 years old, these dolls have ethnographically accurate hair and features. By seeing dolls that look like them, young Black and biracial girls build their confidence and self-esteem. The problem is scaling and building a market amid the pandemic while limited to the resources of a solopreneur.

We recommend building an affiliate network and a series of franchises, all supported by a strong marketing campaign to bolster sales and market development.
