Problem Statement: Revenues of Brickstuff, a manufacturer of Lighting kits for Lego Community affected by cheaper knockoffs
Proposed Solution: During our conversations with the founder, Robert we concluded that the customers were not aware of the brand’s quality and authenticity.
Our solution is firstly focused on repurposing the existing inventory into new SKUs. Based on existing website and traffic data, we also figured that brickstuff.com requires extra effort to improve its awareness in the online space. Additionally, since the product is of higher quality we have suggested focusing on using video media as a marketing strategy.
