Document conversion and storage company sees contracts in government, healthcare, and education paused suddenly due to COVID19 and revenue dropped critically, forcing eBizDocs to lay off many employees.

Proposed solutions:

The team proposed repositioning into the private sector and capitalize on digitizing work documents in the new remote world.

  • Short term offering COVID19 pricing to private sector clients
  • Value chain expansion to encompass both document indexing and digitizing as well as workflow automation.
  • Exploring digital mail service as a new revenue stream to take advantage of their existing digitization infrastructure
