DreamForce needs to adapt faster to leverage this opportunity to decrease the turnover time for housing sales.

  • Enhance website for a more premium feel by using Placester
  • Publish more content to different social media platforms and focus on engagement
  • Make open houses virtual by using iStaging, a software for virtual staging
  • Provide a smartphone app to buyers by using Smart Agent Mobile

With implemented technology and marketing strategies, DreamForce can look to decrease time inventory is on market.
