Denver Mental Health Collective (DMHC) is a mental health center catering to people in the Denver area. Currently DMHC has demand exceeding the clinician availability while also having clinician time utilized at about 80%; the scheduling and new patient onboarding process is understood to be the cause of the under-utilization and extensive wait list.

Recommend implementing HIPPA compliant Acuity Scheduling software to facilitate new patient onboarding, reduce patient waitlist and improve clinician utilization.
-Reduce patient/scheduler back and forth
-Reduce waitlist to 0
-maximize clinician utilization
-Increase annual revenue to $1.64 MM (19% increase)
