Since local events are canceled, Brooklyn Granola has seen a decrease in their product purchases.

Proposed solutions:

Come up with a plan to move in-person sales strategies to a more virtual setting.

  • Launch an email program to re-target new or existing customers
  • Collaborate with current corporate clients and to send wellness bundles and snacks to employees.
  • Gather email feedback and data to figure out other target markets to sale products to

Using this strategy to revamp their business, Brooklyn Granola would see an increase in their product purchases.
