Problem:

New owners of BRPC experienced a revenue drop of 47% when many of their catering events canceled due to social distancing. This also creates a lack of word of mouth marketing and a challenge to reach new customers.

Proposed solutions: 

The team proposed ‘The Chef’s Table’

  • Catering oven-side multi course meal at your home for up to 10 people
  • Share the story of the chef and the beauty of wood-fired pizzas during dinner
  • Provide a ‘Charlottesville Humble Bundle’ for guests to take home after their meal that showcases the best of other small businesses in partnership 

The plan features a fast implementation plan that will benefit not just Blue Ridge Pizza Co but also the broader Charlottesville community.
