Bernie’s Grooming City Dogs

Problem:

Reduction in the number of dogs being groomed daily and a low number of employees working has caused this business to suffer.

Proposed solutions:

Bernie’s Grooming will need to sell high-end products, provide virtual consulting, and extend days of operation.

• Sell high-end products to existing customer base such as conditioner, shampoo, and brushes
• Provide virtual consulting for in-between groomings and deliver grooming kits to customers
• Extend days of operation and hire back more staff

These recommendations will not only help Bernie’s Grooming during COVID but in the long-term as well.
