Problem:

This catering company is almost about to shut down due to a decrease in events at its venues.

Proposed solutions:

Combine the food truck and wholesale of their products to create a hybrid market.

  • Partner with local businesses to deliver their foods and expand their reach of customers
  • Use the food truck to cater to people outside of large events
  • Create a wholesale brand to sell more of their items in bulk to other customers

Use this strategy to increase revenue within the BasilTree business.
