Bagelati

Bagelati is located in New Jersey and brands itself as a bagel and gelato ice cafe. Founded only in 2019, Bagelati has already seen the great success that sustained even throughout the pandemic, giving our client the desire to expand to a second location. Our presentation will provide recommendations for a vertical expansion strategy which we hope will guide our client’s growth in a more strategic and focused way by narrowing our focus in the short-term in order to more strategically pursue long-term goals like franchising and further expansion.
