B. Royal Boutique is a retail clothing boutique located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Problem: COVID-19 restrictions have reduced in-person events which were B. Royal Boutique’s primary sales channel.

Proposed Solutions: Expand existing online go-to-market strategy to acquire new customers, increase sales basket size and provide more predictable revenue streams:
• Introduce an Online Referral Program to acquire new customers which (traditionally an in-person activity)
• Leverage founder’s personal stylist skillset to provide Curated Subscription Boxes to increase average basket size, recurring cash flows and additional customer insights
We anticipate the expanded online go-to-market campaign will provide B. Royal Boutique with additional customer acquisition channels and increase revenues by at least 20% with minimal investment of time and money.
