A restaurant sees a decline in sales due to the decrease in local businesses.
Proposed solutions:
Find alternative demand for their products by:
- Partnering with local grocery stores to send products and sell to customers
- Expand delivery services to nearby cities
- Provide discounts on products to local businesses for workers still working, i.e. doctors, delivery drivers, government workers
The campaign is expected to help Jimmy Johns increase their revenue by 30%.
