Proposed solutions: 

Repositioning the catering company from events focus to meal delivery service.

  • Market research showed interest in family meals and special occasion – date night – meal delivery
  • Forecasts planned to rehire staff over the next 90 days based on estimated market size
  • Rebranded social media accounts and new menus to add excitement and drive orders from new and existing customers with Coming Soon campaigns

With a pivot of the model and a new marketing campaign, ACT Catering hopes to rehire 10 staff in the next 60 days by growing sales in this new delivery meal service.
