Wholesale bakery business experiences dire slowdown of sales when local restaurants and markets close.

Proposed solutions:

The team proposed growing their direct to consumer(D2C) business, as well as expanding into new B2B partnerships.

  • D2C suggestions include modernizing e-commerce options via their website, refreshing their marketing strategy, and offering gift cards and at-home bread baking kits for short term cash
  • B2B partnership development includes farmers markets, coffee shops, and establishing promotions with local vendors.
